About this role:

Software Development position responsible for design, implementation, and support of Java/JEE based web applications to help fulfill our SSC Integration R&D position.

What Will You Do
• Development of software solutions across full lifecycle Agile projects – requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, and rollout.
• Enjoy participating in all aspects of systems development including generating ideas, prototyping and building solutions, talking to users, unit & integration testing outcomes, and integrating learnings into future work.
• Want to learn new languages, technologies, paradigms, patterns, and frameworks.
• Enjoy using your creativity and resourcefulness to tackle unexpected challenges.
• Driven to pick up new tech through research and investigation.
• Enthusiastic advocate and expert in modern full software development lifecycle practices.
• Must be devoted to delivering quality and well-tested software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The successful candidate will be adaptable, results-focused and can work individually or as part of a team.
• Experience developing integrations through MicroServices, Pub/Sub and replication technologies.
• Consistent application delivery and production support.
• Effective and timely communication across the team.

What you’ll need:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience in the field of software development.
• 2 - 4 years’ experience in software development. Java EE/Spring, JavaScript, HTML and PL/SQL experience with a relational database is required.
• Twitter Bootstrap and ReactJS experience is a plus
• Graph and NoSQL database knowledge such as Neo4j, MongoDB is a plus
• Knowledge of Amazon Cloud Services is a plus
• Good software development and object-oriented design fundamentals
• Good problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
