About the Role
We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Web Developer to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of cutting-edge data and analytics platforms. You'll play a key role in building high-quality web applications that support critical decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance web applications based on user needs.
Write clean, secure, and maintainable code following best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Maintain and operate deployed services, identifying and resolving production issues proactively.
Develop intuitive user interfaces and seamless backend integrations.
Contribute to a continuous integration / continuous delivery (CI/CD) environment to ensure smooth and reliable software releases.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Strong proficiency in React.js or Angular, including modern features like hooks, context API, and state management.
Experience with backend development using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases and optimising data storage and retrieval.
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and cloud-based data processing (e.g., Azure, Databricks).
Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
Knowledge of authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT) and security best practices.
Experience with Azure Web Apps, Function Apps, and Logic Apps.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, including containerisation (Docker) and cloud deployments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
