Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Software Development Engineer to join our talented

team. As a Lead Software Development Engineer, you will be involved in developing

software applications using a variety of technologies, including NextJS/React, NestJS,

Docker. The role also encompasses aspects of DevOps, requiring an understanding of

continuous integration and deployment practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand software requirements.

2. Design and develop software solutions using NextJS/React, NestJS, and Docker.

3. Work with DevOps tools and practices to ensure seamless integration and deployment of

software applications.

4. Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing software applications.

5. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to contribute innovative

ideas.

6. Play a key role in shaping the technical strategies of the company.

Qualifications:

1. Solid understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and

architectural principles.

2. Familiarity with Web Application Development in HTML, CSS, NextJS/React, NestJS.

3. Knowledge of SQL and database management systems like PostgreSQL.

4. Familiarity with DevOps principles and tools.

5. Knowledge of Linux system administration to manage and maintain server systems.

6. In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

7. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to effectively convey

concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

1. Previous professional project experience in working on end-to-end software solutions.

2. Understanding of agile development methodologies.

3. Ability to develop complete software solutions from inception to deployment, ensuring

seamless integration and functionality.

4. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to incoming requirements
