Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and Maintain Efficient Code: Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code in JavaScript, Node.js, and TypeScript with minimal supervision. Ensure adherence to best practices and company coding standards.
• Utilize Frontend Frameworks Effectively: Build interactive and responsive user interfaces using React.js and Next.js. Implement server-side rendering (SSR) with Next.js to enhance performance and SEO. Write reusable, high-quality code for UI components with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
• Utilize Backend Frameworks Effectively: Leverage your expertise in Nest.js, Express.js, and Sequelize to build scalable, high-performance applications. Maintain and co-maintain best practices and utilize the full capabilities of the frameworks.
• Design and Architect Solutions: Design and implement APIs and backend systems that conform to SOLID principles, ensuring high scalability and low latency. Perform data modeling for features requiring new tables or collections.
• Database Management: Demonstrate a deep understanding of PostgreSQL, ensuring optimal performance through efficient data modeling and query optimization.
• Code Review and Testing: Conduct thorough code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure code quality through unit testing and test-driven development. Use effective logging techniques for debugging and auditing purposes.
• Algorithm and Data Structures: Apply appropriate algorithms and data structures to solve complex problems with efficient space and time complexity. Utilize advanced data structures when necessary to improve application performance.
• Frontend Optimization: Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability. Implement server-side rendering (SSR) and client-side rendering (CSR) strategies effectively based on project requirements.
• Customer Focus: Engage proactively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely updates on task statuses. Strive to add value through continuous improvement and responsiveness to client requirements.
• Planning and Initiative: Participate in planning sessions, independently create detailed plans with sub-tasks and estimates, and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks. Take the initiative to improve the product and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and TypeScript with an understanding of when and how to use these languages to meet customer expectations.
• Experience with React.js and Next.js frameworks, including server-side rendering (SSR) and client-side rendering (CSR) to build performant and SEO-friendly web applications.
• Intermediate to Expert-level experience with Nest.js, Express.js, and Sequelize frameworks, including the ability to use these frameworks effectively to solve complex problems.
• Strong understanding of database management with PostgreSQL, including query optimization and data modeling techniques.
• Solid understanding of software design principles, particularly SOLID principles and scalable API design.
• Experience with data structures and algorithms, including advanced algorithms and data structures for high-performance applications.
• Ability to conduct and participate in code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure the overall quality of the codebase.
• Frontend development skills, including a deep understanding of modern frontend technologies, responsive design, and performance optimization techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing code for performance and scalability.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Proven ability to take initiative and drive projects forward with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:
