• JD - Senior Software Engineer
• Summary Are you an experienced and expert C-programmer with good command over Data Structures and Algorithms?
• Have you worked in areas of high performance computing, then you are in the right place

Roles and Responsibility :
• The selected candidate will be responsible for creating high performance software by using code modernization techniques, parallel programming, multi threading and multi core programming using C# language primarily.
• They must be able to read existing code, analyze, understand and make changes. They must be able to add new functionality to existing code as well as create new programs from scratch.
• They will be leveraging existing open source software on the Linux eco system and build on top of these software.
• As a senior engineer, this role includes guiding juniors and freshers, training new employees and bringing them up to speed.
• The senior programmer is expected to be independent, take ownership and deliver on time with good quality.
• Any integration with other teams and across departments will be an integral part of the job. Must be able to attend meetings and technical discussions, understand cross functional requirements and co-operate.
• Just to be clear, this is a full time on hands role.
• The candidate will be writing code day in and day out.
• Everything else is only a small part of the everyday tasks.
• Key Result Areas Ability to be independent, take ownership and deliver on time with good quality.
• Be a self starter. Learn and execute new technologies in related areas. Prepare the next level of junior programmers.
• Technical Skills Experience and expertise in C-programming with good command over Data Structures and Algorithms is desired.
• Working knowledge in the areas of high-performance computing, threading and parallel programming with software libraries like mpi, openmp
• Working experience in sycl, occa, dpc++ etc will be a plus.
• Must be capable of working on low level code, systems programming and hardware interfacing.
• Good knowledge and expertise on Linux platform will have added advantage.
• Should have Working knowledge with open source software(s). Any work on math libraries, BLAS / OpenBLAS and familiarity with floating point arithmetic (IEEE-754) or similar areas is a definite plus.
• Knowledge Expert level in C programming Open source and Linux HPC, Multi threading, parallel programming and related areas Device drivers, hardware interfacing and systems programming
• Minimum Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science Experience Experienced professionals with minimum 3 yrs in the relevant area
