Job Description:
Should have a good understanding of FinnOne Application.
• Proficient in LMS Module.
• Knowledge of CAS, Collection and mCollect.
• Knowledge of SQL & PL/SQL.
• Should have a good understanding of incident management, problem management, change management and release management.
• Perform in-depth analysis and investigation of incidents to determine root causes and solutions.
• Support business service requests which pertain to applications functionality and ad hoc reports.
• Maintain knowledge base/troubleshooting documentation, SOP's and application monitoring runbook.
• Identify operational risks and recommend solutions or enhancements for improved stability
• Knowledge of Oracle RDBMS , Weblogic will be an added advantage.
