As a member of the Hospital team, you will use basic knowledge of software architecture to perform tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications and dashboards that run in our clients’ EHR (Electronic Health Record) system to enable our clients’ to track compliance with the requirements of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and The Joint Commission (TJC)
The compliance rate of the CMS and TJC measures by clients identified with these dashboards helps in tracking that the provider patients are receiving highest quality of care
In addition to improving patient care, the successful regulatory submission of the generated report data provides a financial incentive to our clients
The work on the Hospital team will require you to work closely with multi-functional teams, including product management, submissions operations teams, and other software development teams to ensure client’s success in generating, reviewing and submitting their reporting results to CMS to improve their financial incentives and ensure high quality of patient care

What You'll Do
