Senior Software Engineer

We're looking for senior-level engineers with experience building and operating scalable services. These engineers will be part of our infrastructure development team to design and implement in-house trading applications which are robust and extremely fast. Prior experience in trading or fintech is not required. What is required is an interest in and aptitude for writing code that's clear and clean, and designing systems that are performant and easy to reason about.

Responsibilities:
• Designing and implementing a high-frequency trading platform, which includes collecting quotes and trades from and disseminating orders to exchanges around the world.
• Design, develop and test proprietary software. Examples include:
• Large-scale data acquisition, storage, accessibility, and visualization
• Real-time trade management and risk analysis
• Optimizing this platform by using network and systems programming, as well as other advanced techniques to minimize latency
• Identify innovative solutions to complex problems and advocate for their implementation to your team by communicating your ideas in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:
• Graduate of CSE, ECE, Maths Department or equivalent from Tier-1 institutes
• 4+ years of hands-on Software Development experience in C++/Golang
• A strong understanding of object-oriented design, data structures and algorithms.
• Brilliant problem-solving abilities.
• Exposure to network programming (TCP/IP), multithreaded applications, computational intelligence and real-time programming.
• A passion for new technologies and ideas.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Linux/Unix.
• In-depth knowledge of System/OS-level networking
• Experience in a global HFT industry is highly preferred
