Qualifications
BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
2+ years of industry experience in software design, development, and algorithm related solutions
2+ years programming experience in languages such as Objective-C, Swift, Java, Kotlin, Python, Javascript
BS and 5+ years of relevant work experience, MS and 4+ years of relevant work experience, or PhD and 2+ years of relevant work experience

Extensive programming experience in Objective-C, Java, Kotlin and/or C++
Expansive technical knowledge and experience with mobile application development (iOS, Android)

Deep foundation in computer science with a strong understanding in data structures, and algorithms
Strong object-oriented skills including design, coding, and testing patterns
Documents in alternate formats or read aloud to you
Having interviews in an accessible location

You will use the latest cutting edge technologies and libraries suggested by Apple for building responsive native apps for iOS
You will build scalable native mobile apps using LinkedIn’s internal libraries
You will make architectural trade-offs applying synchronous and asynchronous design patterns, write code, and deliver with speed and quality
You will produce high-quality software that is unit tested, code reviewed and checked in regularly for continuous integration
You will provide technical leadership, driving and performing best engineering practices to initiate, plan, and execute large-scale, cross-functional, and company-wide critical programs

The Product Application Infrastructure team is architecting the framework for the next generation of LinkedIn's consumer and enterprise client applications.
