The Senior Software Engineer, Communities will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering cutting-edge E-commerce solutions using the Magento 2.x framework and Craft CMS
As a key member of the Scrum team, the engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create scalable, high-quality software solutions
The role involves leading and mentoring a team of developers, ensuring high productivity and adherence to industry best practices
The engineer will design innovative solutions to complex technical challenges, contribute to technical documentation, and engage in code reviews and quality assurance processes
Additionally, the role requires working with the DevOps team to facilitate smooth deployment and maintenance, while staying abreast of the latest industry trends in software development
Software Development and Maintenance: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain scalable, high-quality software solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Leadership and Mentorship: Mentor a team of developers to maximize productivity and efficiency, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Technical Innovation and Problem Solving: Design and implement innovative solutions to complex technical problems, adhering to industry standards and best practices
Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to ensure the accuracy and completeness of specifications
