This pivotal role is ideally suited for a Speech Pathologist eager to manage a specialised caseload and lead a dedicated team of Speech Pathologists.
As a Senior Therapist, you'll be the cornerstone of inspiration and guidance for your team, sharing invaluable expertise and fostering their professional growth.

Located in Rockingham, Jandakot, and Morley, as a Senior Speech Pathologist, you will:
Lead and mentor your team of speech pathologists, facilitating a supportive and collaborative environment.
Engage with families and key stakeholders to craft personalized plans.
Offer individual and group support across a diverse age group, with the flexibility to tailor your caseload.
Collaborate within a transdisciplinary framework to construct comprehensive therapy plans for both school and home settings.

Participate in regular clinical supervision and interdisciplinary meetings to bolster your professional development and share your expertise.
Benefits:
A competitive salary range of $105,000-$130,000 p.a + Super, alongside salary-sacrificing options.

Requirements:
A tertiary degree in Speech Pathology and SPA membership.
A National Police Check and Working with Children's Check.
