Position Summary
• Accountable for Specific Areas and Functions responsibility.
• Deep Multi process Skills in Operations.
Your Responsibilities
• Support the management, development, ongoing maintenance, and technical support of the HR System, including but not limited to HCM, Benefits Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Performance Management, Absence Management, security, and integrations
• Serve as HR SME to support and understand new functionality and features
• Oversee self-service modules, solicit feedback, propose, and implement enhancements to increase efficiencies
• Oversee day-to-day system operation including transactional, security and internal/external integration issues
• Lead global projects using project management tools and approach to ensure partners are updated regularly and on time delivery of project scope within budget
• Collaborate cross-functionally to document requirements, assess downstream impacts, configure, and test new functionality or enhancements
• Execute against global SLA standard for supporting HR Operations teams and end user support.
• Assist with the development of custom reports and dashboards to identify trends and assist with decision-making
• Analyse and revise current HR processes to more efficient ways of working
• Collaborate closely together with HRBP’s to propose improvements an HR process
• Implement our process requirements into an HR IT-system
• Follow-up after the go-live data to respond to questions or concerns
• Develop and manage strong relationships at all levels of the HR organization and be a strategic partner for all technology needs
• Develop strategy and prioritized roadmap for HR technology solutions that align with overall business
• Develop and execute plans, in partnership with the HR stakeholders, to deliver business technology solution(s) and services
• Understand process and technology pain points of stakeholders and collaborate to propose potential process changes/new solutions
• Pro-actively bring solutions to improve productivity – work collaboratively to develop the business case and engage with Technology teams to deliver the solution.
Skills
• SAP, Local laws and regulations, local payroll specific rules
• Ability to plan work and make priorities

• Proactive in improving processes and procedures

Required Education & Experience
• Relevant Degree from Reputed Institution
• 2 + Years of relevant experience
