We're looking for a Tax Accountant to work at our corporate headquarters and report to the Manager of Tax Compliance. This position will support compliance with financial and tax requirements and regulations by maintaining and preparing tax-related items such as tax records, returns, schedules, and related reports. This person will also prepare federal, state, and local tax forms that must be submitted by certain deadlines.

Qualifications:
• Must be well-organized and able to multitask.
• Deliverables and deadlines for clients are maintained and tracked.
• In an office setting, you should be able to go from one place to another.
• It is necessary to have completed high school.
• It is required to have some expertise with computerized accounting and tax applications.
• Ability to mentor and coach team members that are newer to the team.
• Should be able to produce high-quality products in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• The ability to prepare workpapers and forms for company tax returns is necessary.
• It is vital to have 2–5 years of experience in tax or accounting.
• To apply for this employment, you must be at least 18 years old.
Skills:
• At the intermediate level, MS Word and Excel skills are required.
• The candidate should be conscientious, self-motivated, and meticulous in their work.
• Whenever dealing with sensitive material, the applicant should act consistently and prudently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal communication skills, are essential.
