Job Description
On behalf of a client, we are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter responsible for full life cycle recruiting with a primary focus on identifying and hiring IT talent. You will source, screen, and interview applicants for current and future job openings as well as coordinate end-to-end recruitment process.
(Full time- 40 Hrs. per week)
Responsibilities
• Work with Director of Talent Acquisition and Account Owners to understand hiring objectives and strategize on successful candidate recruitment.
• Participate in in-take calls with hiring managers and Account Managers
• Identify required qualifications, skill competencies, and necessary experience for job openings.
• Source, qualify and interview applicants using various recruiting strategies, techniques, tools, and job portals to assess suitability/technical fit to the position along with soft skills and cultural fit alignment.
• Interview candidates to validate work history, education/training, soft skills, availability and negotiate salary requirements.
• Coordinate the various rounds of technical, management and client interviews, collect and records feedback.
• Review and modify position requirements based on candidate/skill availability in the market as well as feedback from various sources.
• Network, and build talent pipeline.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Conduct regular follow up with internal Relationship and Account Managers to keep them apprised of status, roadblocks, unanswered questions, clarifications, etc.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment laws.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in appropriate discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• 7+ years of proven experience in IT recruitment.
• Knowledge and understanding of IT roles and technology, with the ability to assess technical skills effectively.
• 2+ years Agency experience required.

• Strong negotiation, influencing skills and excellent follow-up and follow-through skills.
• Strategic and driven recruiter with the ability to take ownership.
• Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and interpersonal skills, attention to detail with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring teams.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, build and maintain relationships at multiple levels.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
