Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Senior UI/UX Designer with extensive experience in Figma to join our team. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. Your expertise in Figma will be instrumental in translating concepts into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient design workflows. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of user-centric design principles, and the ability to deliver exceptional designs that elevate user experiences.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet project objectives and user needs.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other designers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma, demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles, interaction design, and usability.
• Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and validate design decisions, iterating based on feedback and data analysis.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with the team.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster growth and development within the design team.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and consistently, maintaining design integrity across platforms and devices.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your Figma proficiency and successful design projects.
• Expertise in Figma, including proficiency in creating and managing design systems, libraries, and collaborative workflows.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing, with a strong ability to translate insights into actionable design solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
