Throttll is seeking a creative, empathetic, and detail-oriented Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the user experience and visual design for our flagship B2B SaaS platform. This is a crucial, full-time, remote role where you will own the end-to-end design process—from initial research and wireframing to high-fidelity visual design—ensuring our product is intuitive, accessible, and drives user delight and retention globally.

Key Responsibilities
Design Strategy & Execution

UX Leadership: Define and champion the overall product experience and visual design strategy, translating complex business requirements and user needs into simple, elegant, and effective design solutions.
Design Lifecycle Ownership: Own the full design process: conducting user research (interviews, surveys), creating information architecture, producing wireframes, developing prototypes, and delivering high-fidelity mockups.
Design System Management: Contribute to and rigorously maintain our comprehensive design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility standards across all product surfaces.
User Research & Validation

Data-Driven Design: Work closely with the Product Management team to define key product metrics, and use quantitative data (analytics) and qualitative feedback (usability tests) to validate designs and drive iterative improvements.
Testing & Iteration: Plan and execute usability testing sessions, A/B tests, and rapid prototyping to quickly validate hypotheses and gather actionable insights on user behavior.
Collaboration & Guidance

Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate effectively with Product Managers and Software Engineers in a distributed Agile environment to ensure technical feasibility, consistency, and timely implementation of design features.
Mentorship: Mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior designers, fostering a remote culture of design excellence and customer empathy within the team.
