About the Role:

Our team seeks a talented and passionate UI/UX designer to drive user experience excellence. This opportunity is ideal for someone who owns design processes from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that drive user satisfaction and business success.

As a UI/UX designer, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end design for large-scale ERP systems across commercial, finance, and manufacturing modules. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle, from user research to implementation and quality assurance.

The successful candidate will contribute to our marketing efforts by designing engaging graphics and collaborating on video content. Key responsibilities include:
• Leading the end-to-end UI/UX design for a large-scale ERP system
• Driving design improvements and enhancements for existing B2B products
• Collaborating with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Conducting thorough quality control checks to guarantee the final product meets design specifications and usability standards
• Applying and extending existing design principles to new ERP components
• Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to iterate quickly and deliver high-quality designs

We're seeking an individual with 2-4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, expertise in Figma, and a strong online portfolio showcasing their UI/UX design process and deliverables. The ideal candidate should have exceptional attention to detail, be comfortable working with developers, and possess basic video editing skills.
