We are looking for an experienced video editor who can craft visually compelling content with technical precision and artistic creativity. This role requires a strong understanding of color grading, motion graphics, and industry-leading editing techniques to produce high-quality cinematic content. Key Responsibilities

1. Transform raw footage into engaging narratives that align with the director’s creative vision.

2. Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, utilizing multi-cam workflows, advanced sequencing, and smooth transitions.

3. Perform detailed color grading to ensure visual consistency, contrast, and a cinematic look, using scopes like waveform, vectorscope, and RGB parade.

4. Integrate motion graphics and VFX using Adobe After Effects, incorporating tracking, typography animation, and visual enhancements.

5. Structure video sequences effectively, ensuring logical flow, smooth pacing, and emotional engagement.

6. Enhance sound design by balancing dialogue, ambient sound, and effects for a polished auditory experience.

7. Stay updated with the latest editing trends, implementing innovative techniques to keep content modern and visually appealing.

8. Maintain an organized workflow, ensuring efficient project revisions and archival.

10. Work efficiently under deadlines while upholding professional standards and quality benchmarks.

Requirements

1. Minimum two years of professional experience in video editing, with a focus on cinematic, pre-wedding, and commercial storytelling.

2. Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, with expertise in workflow optimization, shortcuts, and high-efficiency techniques.

3. Advanced knowledge of color grading, including color correction, skin tone accuracy, and cinematic enhancements.

4. Ability to construct compelling storylines that engage audiences through effective sequencing and pacing.

5. Experience with motion graphics and VFX, seamlessly integrating animated elements into video projects.

6. Strong communication skills for collaborating with clients and team members.

7. A disciplined and proactive work ethic, ensuring consistency in quality and adherence to deadlines.
