The ideal candidate will bring ideas to life through dynamic, high-impact video content, leading the creation of videos that drive awareness, explain complex products, and support sales.

This role involves producing demos, explainers, customer stories, and short-form content using available assets such as screen recordings and stock footage.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end video creation from concepting and scripting through editing and final delivery.
• Produce demos, explainers, customer stories, and short-form content using available assets.
• Design and animate motion graphics, including lower thirds, kinetic text, and visual storytelling elements.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to translate ideas into effective video formats.
• Optimize content for various platforms, including YouTube, email, websites, and paid ads.
• Maintain a video asset library and develop scalable content templates.

Requirements:
• 5 or more years of experience in video editing, post-production, and motion design.
• A strong portfolio showing a range of storytelling across formats, including social, demo, and product videos.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Audition.
• Experience using Canva, PlayPlay, Descript, or similar platforms for fast-turn video projects.
• Familiarity with screen recording tools, such as Loom, OBS, or Camtasia.
• Ability to create high-quality videos without live shoots, using motion graphics and available assets.
• Understanding of current video trends, compression settings, formats, and platform requirements.
• TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and video editing experience.

Nice to Have:
• Basic audio editing or sound design experience.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools, such as Runway, Pictory, or Adobe Firefly.
• Knowledge of 3D or animation tools, such as Blender or Cinema 4D.
• Experience optimizing video content for SEO and platform-specific performance.
• Familiarity with B2B marketing and how video supports the sales funnel.
