Position Overview:

We seek a highly skilled and creative Senior Video Editor and Videographer to join our dynamic team at our Whitefield, Bangalore office. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in video production and editing, with a strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Davinci Resolve. This role requires a passionate professional who can produce high-quality videos for social media, promotional purposes, and various other projects. Additionally, experience with gimbals and on-site video shooting is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Video Editing:
• Edit high-quality social media videos, promo videos, and other digital content using Adobe Premiere Pro and Davinci Resolve.
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and meets the project's creative vision.
• Apply advanced editing techniques including color correction, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Videography:
• Plan, shoot, and produce engaging video content for various platforms.
• Operate video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices during video shoots.
• Utilize gimbals to achieve smooth and professional video footage.
• Project Management:
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality videos.
• Provide creative input and contribute to the ideation process for video content.
• Stay updated with the latest video production trends, tools, and techniques.
• Continuously improve video editing and shooting skills through ongoing learning and training.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with content creators, graphic designers, and other team members to produce cohesive multimedia content.
• Provide clear guidance and support to junior team members when necessary.

Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in video editing and videography.
• Software Skills: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and Davinci Resolve.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of video production equipment and techniques, including the use of gimbals.
• Creative Skills: Excellent storytelling abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Organizational Skills: Strong project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
