Skills you are expected to have:
• Excellent knowledge of DaVinci Resolve (prefered) or Premier Pro
• Eye for structuring, extracting themes from interviews and documentary coverage
• Ear for musical rhythm
• Fluent in English & Hindi - Important
• Comfort with ambiguity
• Creative decision making
• Doing background research (with assistance) on subject matter
Responsibilities to be born:
• Create stylish documentary shorts
• Dive deep in thematic exploration of the subjects with Creative Director
• Be the team driver
• Guide the team in terms of requirements
• Meet deadlines and quality standards
• Make the team perform to do so

• Patience - spending long hours sculpting narratives
• Ability to work under pressure
