The Senior Web Experience Advisor is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the information architecture and content design of the UC website suite, ensuring a user-friendly structure and consistent branding. They also oversee content quality, personalisation, stakeholder collaboration, training, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance the web experience across multiple sites.
Mōu | Who You Are
You live and breath great website content design and put the user at the heart of what you do. You have redesigned or managed content structures within large complex websites and enjoy working with multiple different stakeholders. You have used Adobe Experience Manager or similar enterprise content management systems to manage website content and have a thorough understanding of best practice for information architecture, accessibility standards content governance and user experience. You enjoy working in an agile way and have strong communication and training skills. Finally, you enjoy opportunities to innovate and have experience or interest in personalisation and innovating in how users explore and navigate online.
