Job Overview:
We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic SEO Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, and SEO tools. You will be responsible for improving our website rankings, increasing organic traffic, and optimizing our content to improve visibility on search engines.
Key Responsibilities:
On-Page SEO:
Optimize website content, meta tags, and descriptions for better search engine rankings.
Conduct site audits to ensure SEO best practices are being implemented across the website.
Analyze competitor websites and implement improvements to outrank them.
Off-Page SEO: Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies.
Promote content on third-party websites, forums, and social media to increase domain authority. Monitor and analyze the backlink profile to prevent penalties.
Keyword Research:
Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant keywords for content optimization.
Track and monitor keyword rankings using SEO tools and update content strategies accordingly.
Content Optimization: Work closely with the content team to optimize blog posts, landing pages, and other website content.
Ensure all website content is optimized for search engines and aligned with keyword strategies.
Technical SEO:
Assist in improving website performance, page speed, and mobile-friendliness.
Identify and fix crawl errors and broken links.
Ensure proper use of structured data and schema markup.
Analytics and Reporting: Use SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.) to monitor website performance.
Prepare regular performance reports to evaluate traffic, ranking, and keyword effectiveness. Suggest SEO strategies based on data insights and performance trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO. Knowledge of keyword research tools like Keyword Planner and Ubersuggest.
SEO Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ranking factors, search engine algorithms, and SEO best practices.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret and analyze data from multiple sources and present actionable insights.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and collaboration with content and marketing teams.
Problem-Solving: Innovative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of SEO trends and algorithms.
Conduct keyword research to identify high-value opportunities for organic traffic growth.
Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimizations to enhance website visibility and search engine rankings.
Develop and execute link building and content strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.
Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush and other SEO platforms to track progress and identify improvement areas.
Generate regular SEO performance reports and share solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to adapt SEO strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and designers to implement SEO best practices across all digital assets.
Continuously optimize website content and structure to improve user experience and search engine crawl ability.
Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, including crawl errors, duplicate content,and site speed issues, etc.
Evaluate competitor digital marketing strategies and develop action plans to outperform them. Retrospection of current strategies and share recommendations for improvement.
Content generation strategies and identify information gaps.
Plan and execute strategies to rank and maintain the rankings.
Lead generation ideas or strategies.
Have advance knowledge of reporting and analysis.
Have prior experience of working on B2C projects for lead generations.
Strong commands over Local (include GMB) and International SEO tactics. Conduct assessments on positions in emerging AI Tools like Google SGE, Chat GPT and Co Pilot
