Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a wide range of shakes and juices, ensuring consistency and excellence in every beverage.
Develop new and innovative shake and juice recipes to keep the menu exciting and fresh.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all equipment and utensils are sanitized and in good working condition.
Manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring fresh ingredients are always available.
Monitor and adhere to health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.
Provide exceptional customer service, including taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and efficient service during peak hours.
Stay updated on industry trends and continuously seek opportunities to improve and expand the beverage menu.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Beverage Specialist or similar role, with a focus on shakes and juices.
Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, ingredients, and flavor combinations.
Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
