Our salary range for a SEO Manager position is $110,500.00 - $176,000.00
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location
In addition, this position is eligible for 401k, and a new hire and annual equity grant

Responsibilities
You will be joining a team responsible for planning, implementing and managing the Content Organic Search strategy for Chewy
You will ensure our eCommerce pages meet the highest content quality and organization standards required for competitive keyword ranking
You will uncover valuable informational content opportunities that directly engage pet parents, covering a wide range of animals from dogs and cats to parakeets, pigs, horses and more
You’ll execute the strategy by collaborating with Editorial, Category Management and Site Merchandisers while working with a large SEO team
Responsibilities include evaluating and managing the company's Content SEO strategy in relation to competitors, as well as analyzing data to develop strategic plans that align with business objectives
Communicate your strategy, goals, and progress to goals in a written format to senior leaders and internal stakeholders
Conduct experiments to test hypotheses you develop through data analysis; analyze and share experiment results
Exhibit a strong sense of ownership, bias for action, and superior communication skills; be willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done

Develop and implement content-focused SEO strategies aligned with our eCommerce and editorial goals
