We’re looking for an
SEO Manager
to lead and manage a diverse portfolio of organic marketing programs for multiple service-industry accounts across the U.S.

Supporting strategy, planning, and analysis for clients'
on-site
and
off-site SEO
campaigns,
·
Efficiently managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet monthly service allocations, demonstrating flexibility within set timelines while collaborating effectively in a team-oriented environment,
·
Managing a team of two people, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard,
·
Understanding client needs adaptively and crafting bespoke solutions that align with their objectives, involving attentive listening, anticipating perspectives, and delivering targeted strategies,
·
Conducting keyword and competitor research to support actionable recommendations,
·
Reviewing opportunities for technical improvements on client websites, including error resolution and page speed optimization,
·
Manually reviewing crawl data to identify and prioritize solutions to enhance website quality and user experience,
·
Monitoring and reporting on client website performance, highlighting wins and opportunities,
·
Implementing approved
SEO
recommendations on behalf of clients,
·
Drafting high-quality, original, well-researched written content for client marketing campaigns,
·
Work with content agencies and marketing teams to drive
SEO
in content creation,
·
Vetting potential link partners, drafting scripts, and conducting outreach campaigns to secure paid and organic placements on third-party websites,
·
Publishing approved content and optimizations on behalf of clients,
·
Formalizing and presenting recommendations to clients for approval,
·
Leveraging third-party tools such as
SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz , and
Ahrefs
to identify technical, content, and outreach opportunities,
·
Communicating findings and recommendations to clients via phone, email, and teleconference,
·
Optimizing on-site content, including titles, meta descriptions, internal links, and more.
