Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service, taking orders accurately, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Your ability to connect with guests and provide attentive service will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, promptly addressing any needs or concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils between guests.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and presentation.
Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling practices are followed.
Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines for food handling to maintain a safe dining environment.
Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
Knowledge of food safety standards and practices related to food handling and sanitation.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
Experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
