Server

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Servers to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling transactions, and upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience. Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, along with strong communication and time management skills. The Server will play a vital role in delivering memorable dining experiences while maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation quality
Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures
Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support team operations
Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management skills
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
Follow all sanitation, food handling, and safety protocols at all times
Experience

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments for breakfast and dinner is highly desirable
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for cashiering and transaction accuracy
Experience in hospitality, serving, or the food industry is advantageous
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism

Pay: $12.90 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
