Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing outstanding service, taking orders, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued. Your ability to manage time effectively while multitasking will be essential in maintaining the flow of service during busy periods.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
Process payments accurately through cashiering duties, including handling cash and credit transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
Adhere to food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and communicate any special requests.
Experience

Previous experience in guest services or the food industry is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is a plus.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
A passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service is essential.
Experience with POS systems is advantageous but not mandatory, as training will be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.40-$17.41 per hour
