Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing POS systems.
Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
Assist with food preparation and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
Manage cash handling and process payments accurately.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns.
