Server
As a Server / Lead Server at noii sushi, you play an essential role in creating a warm and memorable dining experience for our guests. With genuine hospitality, you will guide guests through our menu, provide thoughtful recommendations, and ensure attentive, seamless service.

Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service to every guest.
Confidently guide guests through our menu, offering recommendations and upselling specials.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepared dining environment throughout service.
Maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Build genuine connections with guests, creating memorable and positive dining experiences..
Handle guest concerns, complaints and special requests promptly and graciously.
Ensure guest satisfaction at every stage of their visit
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a server in upscale or high-volume dining environment
(lead experience preferred).
Knowledge and passion for Japanese cuisine and culture (strongly preferred).
Natural leadership qualities and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with POS systems and foundational food and beverage knowledge
Commitment to hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction.
Rate: $20–22/hr (Based on Experience) + Tips
