Server/Bar Staff

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/ Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server/ Bartender you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience with services.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers.
Manage cash handling processes accurately, including processing payments and balancing cash drawers at the end of shifts.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary to avoid shortages.
Adhere to all local laws regarding alcohol service and responsible serving practices.
Requirements

Proven experience in customer service within the food industry; prior bartending experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations related to food handling.
Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere while maintaining a positive attitude.
Strong communication skills with an emphasis on hospitality, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: From $16.55 per hour
