Position Overview

REAL-R is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our service company. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for coordinating service operations, creating quotes, ordering parts, planning and scheduling service appointments, and ensuring the seamless flow of information between clients, technicians, and management. Your work will directly impact the safety and satisfaction of our clients, making attention to detail and efficiency essential.

Key Responsibilities

Service Coordination:
Plan and schedule service appointments for our technicians, ensuring optimal resource allocation and timely client service.
Manage day-to-day office operations, including handling incoming phone calls, emails, and client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Create accurate and timely service quotes for clients and ensure all necessary parts are ordered and available for scheduled jobs.
Oversee the upload and download of daily technician reports using specialized software.
Complete and submit job evaluations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
Administrative Duties:
Manage client invoices, reports, and official documents.
Maintain organized records of all service activities, parts orders, and client communications.
Utilize QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, and Excel for documentation, reporting, and financial tracking.
Ensure all documentation is accurate and meets the strict standards required.
Qualifications

Extensive computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities, plan effectively, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, especially in documentation and scheduling.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in service coordination, dispatch, or scheduling roles is a strong asset.
