The Job
As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries and managing a large portfolio of cases from start to finish. Your duties will include reviewing business correspondence, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
Minimum 12 months' experience working in a high-volume call centre or administrative environment
Experience working within the legal, financial, or government sectors would be advantageous
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
