About the role



As the Service Designer you will conduct formative, generative and evaluative research activities, identifying insights to be shared more broadly with the business. Working within a well-established Perth based team, you will support multidisciplinary teams by consulting with leaders and subject matter experts to understand their business needs.



You will work closely with stakeholders to understand opportunities within HBF and scope, estimate and collaborate on the development of roadmap to deliver value to members and the business, aligned to HBFs Group objectives.

Visualising complex systems and journeys in the form of service blueprints and customer journey maps you will be confident in making recommendations for improvement in future, for both member and employee experiences.







About You



In previous roles you lead the creation designing experiences, products and services across multiple channels that balance user needs and business objectives within a large complex organisation.



You take a holistic and human-centred approach to service and experience design, from research and insight generation to concepts and tangible solutions. With advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities you lean on your qualitative and quantitative design research skills to provide best practise development journeys.



You’re a strong communicator who thrives in building relationships with your stakeholders and are comfortable facilitating discussions and workshops at all levels during the design stages remotely and in person.
