We are looking for Service Desk Analyst.
Required Technical Skill Set: Service Desk,
Desired Experience Range: 5 -+ years
Work Location: Indore, Gurgaon
Desired Competencies:
Formal certification in IT Service Management (such as ITIL foundation) and working experience of 2-3 years in managing service desk tickets.
· Knowledge of Incident and Problem management for services operated in the IT setup of financial industry
· General understanding of IT software, applications and operations
· Good knowledge of JIRA service desk tool, Confluence pages and Excel is required.
· Excellent communication skills, to drive activities and explain events and actions in Executive Summary terms to senior management.
· Experience working in a team environment using appropriate communication and planning skills
