Salary
The successful candidate will receive a remuneration range of $85,7+0 - $+5,413, which reflects the importance of this role in leading and coordinating service capabilities. Job Description
This role involves leading and coordinating the development and delivery of service capabilities, including undertaking capability needs analysis, working closely with stakeholders, and managing content relevant to the capability. You will be responsible for building and maintaining trainer/assessor capacity within each Capability area across the organisation. To be successful in this role, you will need a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. You should also have experience in developing and delivering training programs, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
