Job Description

Product knowledge: Be an expert in the operation, capabilities, and features of press brake machines, including understanding different models, tonnages, and control systems.

Customer consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and recommend appropriate press brake solutions based on material type, bending requirements, and production volumes.

Customization: Assist customers in selecting press brakes that meet their production requirements and offer any customization options, including tooling and automation features.

Sales presentations: Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and site visits to showcase the capabilities and benefits of press brake machines.

Quotation and proposal preparation: Prepare and present technical and financial proposals, ensuring competitive pricing while meeting customer specifications.

Contract negotiation: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients and close sales deals, ensuring that all terms are favorable for both parties.

Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the products and services provided.

Machine setup: Oversee the installation of press brake machines at customer sites, ensuring that they are properly configured and calibrated for the clients specific production needs.

System integration: Ensure that the press brake integrates seamlessly with other equipment, such as CNC systems, hydraulic systems, or automated material handling solutions.

Test and adjust: Perform initial test runs of the machine, checking for proper operation, accuracy, and safety.

Training: Provide on-site training for operators and maintenance personnel, ensuring that customers are fully equipped to use and maintain the press brake machines safely and efficiently.
