Job description
We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable service engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the onsite/online installation, demonstration, maintenance, and repair of various equipment like thermoforming machines, and 3D printers (motors, sensors, and circuit boards) and offer software support to customers. This role requires extensive travel across India and a strong understanding of electronics and software systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Installation: Perform the installation of equipment such as thermoforming machines, 3D printers, dental CNC machines at customer sites across India
• Demonstration: Conduct product demonstrations, showcasing the features, benefits, and proper usage of equipment and software to customers
• Maintenance and Repair: Provide regular maintenance services and attend to the repair of motors, sensors, and circuit boards to ensure equipment operates efficiently and effectively
• Technical Support: Offer technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to equipment and software
• Customer Training: Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of the equipment and software training ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge to use machines and software effectively
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all service activities, including installation, maintenance, repairs, and customer interactions
• Compliance: Ensure that all service activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and relevant regulations
