QUALIFICATION B. TECH/ B.E/DIPLOMA- Electrical/ Electronics
EXPERIENCE 1-3 YRS
Qualifications And Skills
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repair techniques for solar photovoltaic products to ensure minimal downtime.
• Strong ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships for effective service delivery and satisfaction.
• Experience or knowledge in configuring network systems crucial for integrated solar solutions.
• Capability to produce clear and concise technical documentation for processes, repairs, and installations.
• Competent in remote diagnostics to efficiently resolve issues without the need for physical presence.
• Experience in equipment installation ensuring correct and secure setup per manufacturer standards.
• Familiarity with service management software utilized in tracking repairs, maintenance schedules, and customer requests.
• Utilize field automation tools to enhance service efficiency and record keeping during field operations.

Roles And Responsibilities
• Install, maintain, and repair solar photovoltaic systems for residential and commercial clients.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues on-site to minimize disruptions to client's solar energy supply.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed including time, nature of problems, and solutions undertaken.
• Interact with customers to explain and advise on technical questions related to their systems and services.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure knowledge-sharing and consistency in field service delivery.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in solar technology and installation techniques.
• Provide telephone or remote network support to clients when applicable to troubleshoot minor issues.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company policies during field operations
