We are seeking a skilled and experienced Guest Service Associate to join our team!
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage services to our patrons. This includes setting tables, serving food and beverages, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You will also be expected to greet guests warmly, provide personalized service, and up-sell food and beverage offers to increase sales revenue.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and have a strong attention to detail. You should also be able to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in fast-paced environments.
