Rockingham VW is looking for a new team member to join our growing service department. Reporting to the Service Manager, the ideal candidate should have previous experience in the automotive retail service industry however previous experience in hospitality or customer facing service roles is helpful. Ongoing training will be provided to the successful candidate.
The role will consist of:
Ensure Manufacturer Customer Service Indexes are a minimum of benchmark at all times.
Assist service advisors with greeting and booking in customers. Including vehicle checks.
Customer call backs and follow up/ CRM
Maintain upkeep and loan vehicle register.
Keep service front reception area clean and tidy.
Follow up on customer no shows.
Adhoc duties as required.
Provide the best possible service to customers while maintaining an efficient and profitable operation.
Build and maintain positive customer and employee relationships.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Previous experience in a similar automotive role (not essential)
Positive Attitude
Strong communication and friendly attitude.
Self-Motivation.
Organizational skills.
Sound computer skills.
Ability to work in a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
