Excellent job opening for Service Support Admin for reputed MNC manufacturing client at Borivali, Mumbai. Develop customer service policies and procedures to ensure high level of customer service and satisfaction. Handle sensitive/important complaints queries and escalate the complaint/query to the higher authority in case it cannot be resolved at his/her end. (for e.g. if customer is using local parts that cannot be repaired, ignoring the instructions given for using the system, if parts are not reaching customers in time etc.) Check for warranty period and advise customers accordingly. Compile service calls and prepare a schedule Insist on getting customer satisfaction form filled based on various parameters like service responsiveness, service quality etc. and analyse the same for appropriate actions. Develop and conduct various training programs and materials for service personnel as well as customers/clients. Compare services provided by competitors, analyze them and set up best practices for returns and services. Ensure timely preparation of various Service reports. Ensure prompt and timely processing and documentation of all service events. Proactively engage in increasing sale of spare parts with an aim to deliver quality service to customers and increased revenue for the company. Plan inventory efficiently Effectively coordinate with sales, back office and service co-ordinators with an aim to provide excellent service support.
