Responsibilities:
Perform Repairs as Specified on Repair Orders with Efficiency and Adherence to Dealership Standards
Conduct Test Drives and Test Vehicle Components and Systems Using Diagnostic Tools and Specialized Equipment
Diagnose, Maintain, and Repair Automotive Systems Including Engine, Transmission, Electrical, Steering, Suspension, Brakes, and Air Conditioning
Communicate Effectively with Service Advisors to Inform Customers of Additional Required Services and Provide Estimates for Time Needed for Further Repairs
Requirements:
Minimum 2 Years of Service Technician Experience Preferred
ASE/Manufacturer Certification an Asset
Previous Experience at a Chevy Dealership is an Advantage
B-Level Qualifications in Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair
Dexterity, Requiring a Steady Hand and Excellent Hand-Eye Coordination
Mechanical and Troubleshooting Skills and Ability to Operate Electronic Diagnostic Equipment
Excellent Customer Service Skills and Basic Computer Competencies
Positive Attitude and Eagerness to Improve
Enjoyment of Working in a Dynamic Environment
Collaborative Team Member Able to Work Effectively with Others
Ability to Learn New Technology, Repair Procedures, and Specifications
Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
