Service Technician

Job Description:

The candidate will be mainly responsible for Demonstration, Installation of Biomedical Test Equipment

· Perform Demo/installation and provide training to users regarding the usage of the product

· Perform service on-site or in-house according to the instructions from the Service Manager

· Maintain relevant documents and records

· Providing technical support, when necessary

· Train service technicians/calibration engineers on performing service/calibration of biomedical equipment

· The candidate needs to have a flair for learning and be comfortable with using electronic devices. All necessary training will be provided by our team

· Troubleshooting problems with equipment, including making minor repairs, replacing parts, and contacting manufacturers for assistance

· Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily reports, weekly work plans, and monthly schedule

· Maintaining logs and equipment record books

· The right candidate has good persuasive skills, presentable and enjoys working for results

· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, professionals and clients

· Job involves travelling and the candidate should be willing to travel all over South India

Education & Experience required:

· Enterprising candidates with a diploma in Electrical/Electronics may apply.

· Should have a minimum 2 years of experience in service of Electronic/Electrical equipments.

· Experience in conducting demonstration, training to users and team members

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
