Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive ServiceNow Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring platform stability, managing upgrades, and maintaining a clean and efficient environment aligned with best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administration tasks such as user and group management, role assignments, data maintenance, and application monitoring.
Manage SLAs, notifications, knowledge articles, and application health checks.
Troubleshoot platform errors, perform diagnostics, and escalate to vendor support when needed.
Assist with application version upgrades and ensure smooth patch implementations.
Monitor compatibility and resolve any issues arising from updates.
Regularly audit the platform to identify and remove outdated configurations, inactive workflows, or unused data.
Ensure the ServiceNow environment remains efficient, organized, and compliant with industry best practices.
Identify areas for improvement and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.
Support the integration of new modules and features as the organization’s needs evolve.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience administering the ServiceNow platform.
Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow best practices.
Experience with user and data administration, notifications, SLAs, and platform upgrades.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
