Qualifications
10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow products, integrations, and scripting
Proficiency in JavaScript, REST API automation, and modern UI frameworks (Angular/React)
Strong understanding of DevOps, Agile (SAFe, Scrum), and automated testing (ServiceNow ATF)
Experience managing a novice team, providing mentorship and technical leadership
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Responsibilities
Knowledge of network functions, security, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC)
Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications and integrations across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB
Design and implement automation solutions leveraging ServiceNow s out-of-the-box capabilities
Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and development meetings
Support DevOps implementations, including CI/CD pipeline integration
Optimize performance, security, and scalability of ServiceNow applications
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior/mid-level developers
Ensure compliance with federal security standards and best practices
Create and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions
Work with cross-functional teams to define user stories, requirements, and deliverables
Provide weekly/monthly reports on project progress, risks, and mitigation plans

Role: ServiceNow Lead/Senior Developer
Location: Baltimore, MD (Hybrid 2+ days onsite per week)
Job Description:
• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Self-starter with problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
