his role is responsible for industrial relations, trade-union management, contract labour management, labour-related statutory compliances, manufacturing productivity as well as employee safety and welfare across all manufacturing sites of the Company with the objective of ensuring a harmonious, productive and engaged manufacturing workforce at all sites. Roles & Responsibilites Industrial Relations Trade Union Management Contract Labor Management Labour-related statutory compliances Employee Productivity in Manufacturing Employee Compliance to GMP Lead Audits from an HR standpoint Employee Safety & Health Employee Commitment & Discipline Greenfield HR in Manufacturing External Environment Management Essential Skills & Competencies Functional: - Industrial Relations in large manufacturing sites - Trade Union relationship management - Handling external stakeholders - Understanding of GMP in the Manufacturing/Pharma industry - Labor Laws relevant to the sites Industrial Discipline Behavioural: - Excellent communication skills - Ability to hold one's own point of view with logic & rationale - Win-Win mindset - Demonstrate strong backbone - Negotiation Skills - Bias for action - Taking others along - Drive for Results Team Size - All Unit HR Heads
