SharePoint On-premise 2010/2013/2016
• SharePoint servers configuration and system document management
• Backup and recovery of SharePoint configuration and database
• SharePoint server maintenance and patching experience
• Service application configuration and services
• Good hands-on expertise on SharePoint solving the end user issues and requests for SharePoint servers
SharePoint Online/Office 365
• Experience in SharePoint Online configuration and system document management
• Experience in SharePoint Online licenses and privileged accounts management
• Experience in Incident handling for SharePoint Online (ex. User guide, SPO connection and quality, Data loss..)
• Experience in Service Request handling for One Drive (ex. SPO site creation, External share setting..)
• Experience in Support for Legal requirement only SharePoint Online
• Good hands-on expertise on SharePoint Farm, Web Application, Site Collection, DBA management for SharePoint servers
• Experience in Hosted app servers and Web App server configurations
• Experience in certificates installations and configurations
Tools
• AvePoint, Nintex Metlogics , Any Migration tools knowledge, ServiceNow
• PowerShell scripting
