Position: Shipper/Receiver
Location: Woodbridge, ON
Job Type: Full-time, on-site
Compensation: $23.00/hour starting wage + comprehensive benefits package
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to join our logistics and operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing materials, equipment, and products. Your work will play a vital role in ensuring operational efficiency and exceptional customer service.

Duties
Process incoming shipments by verifying contents against purchase orders and packing slips.
Prepare outgoing shipments by packaging products securely and labeling them appropriately.
Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage stock movements.
Perform order picking tasks to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Operate forklifts and reach trucks to move materials safely throughout the warehouse.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Assist in inventory counts and audits as required.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Skills
Experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in a similar industry
Must have a valid G driver's license, with a clean driving record
Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (Spire) for tracking inventory.
Excellent mobility and physical strength – able to lift, move, and perform physically demanding tasks
Basic math skills for accurate counting and measurement of products.
Familiarity with order picking processes and shipping/receiving protocols.
Ability to operate forklifts and reach trucks safely.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, weekends as needed
Work site: In-person
